Owner Kari Martin created The Farm with the desire to help others work through the obstacles and challenges that are stopping them from achieving their fitness and wellbeing goals. The Farm is designed to provide a safe and welcoming environment for people of all shapes, sizes, genders and ages to work out and work through their personalized fitness plans with their own Certified Personal Trainer. Can’t make it to the studio? Virtual training options are available.

This type of training is just as effective as in-person training and allows you to fit your routine into your busy schedule.
